Only three substantial manuscripts of Herbert of Bosham's Life of Becket survive: Bibliothèque Municipale Arras Ms. 375; a copy from the Cistercian abbey at Aulne, Hainault, now in Bruxelles Bibliothèque Royale Ms. IV 600 [formerly Phillipps (Cheltenham) MS 4622] perhaps copied from the Arras example; and a copy c.1300 which is in Oxford, Corpus Christi College, Ms. 146.
